This picture from July 2001 shows the back of the living room, with the three Studio/ADP surround speakers. The cables run at the top of the wall, tacked to the ceiling. White Monster XP speaker cable and clear plastic wire clips from Home Depot worked out well. The right surround is farther back than I would like because it is too wide to fit directly across from the left surround (the window and front door get in the way); a little tweaking using the Video Essentials DVD balanced it out nicely. You can also see the copper panel my father made on Horn Island in 1998.
