The entire kit spread out. It came in a padded envelope with a smaller padded envelope (complete with return postage) for returning the extractor and old chip to Outlaw. There was also a cover letter, four-page full-color instructions, replacement chip in an anti-static bag, and chip extractor. If you plan to do the work yourself, I recommend looking over the instructions before you do anything. An anti-static strap wouldn't hurt, either. (Remote, plant, and lamp not included...)
